Drain & Sewer Cleaning
Drains and sewers are the hidden lifelines of your property. As long as they’re working well, people are content to ignore their existence. However, the moment they develop a problem, your entire household or business can come to a stand-still. It’s bad enough if your pipes, faucets or sinks stop working properly; if the sewer develops a clog, you can be sure that none of the drains are going to work either.

Emergency Drain and Cleaning
Clogs and problems in drains and sewer lines aren’t something you can afford to ignore. In fact, you need to address it as quickly as possible. If your sewer or drain remains clogged for some amount of time, it can cause widespread damage.
- How to Identify the Problem:If your drains are slow and the water stays in the sink for a long time, your drains might have a problem. We check and then clean the drains properly and see if the water accumulates once again. If the drainage is still sluggish, you might need sewer line cleaning.
- Finding the Cause: When you call us, the first task on our agenda is to find the cause of the damage. There are several reasons why either of these systems might require cleaning. We inspect the lines for damage or leaks.
- Sewer lines are another matter. They are usually 4” or more in diameter and debris can’t usually block them easily. The most common cause of blockage in this system is actually tree roots. Large trees have very strong roots and they can damage your sewer lines.
- Cleaning Methods: We can clean drains and sewers using mechanical, hydro-jetting, or chemical methods. Cable equipment is the first and least expensive method of drain cleaning.
However, it’s not always possible to clean stubborn blockages through mechanical means; in which case we use hydro-jetters to blast through tough clogs. Chemicals should only be used as a last resort on grease and ice/frozen lines.
